Privacy Policy

This policy describes how By Every Word Productions handles personal information when you use the Pulse learning site at byeverywordproductions.com/pulse/ (the “Site”). Courses presented by Faith Abides Church or other partners may involve additional services, as explained below. This policy concerns the Pulse learning site; a separate website may have its own privacy policy.

Information we receive

When you register or use a course, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address, login details, profile information, messages, and answers or work you submit on the Site. The learning system records enrollments, lesson and quiz activity, grades, progress, certificates, and account preferences. If you buy a paid offering, we receive transaction details such as the product, amount, order status, and billing information needed to administer the purchase. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider shown at checkout; do not send card details in course messages or assignments.

Our website and service providers may also process technical information needed to operate and protect the Site, such as browser and device information, IP address, access logs, and cookies or similar technologies used for login, preferences, and security.

How we use information

We use this information to create and secure accounts; enroll students; deliver lessons; assess work; track progress; issue certificates; respond to questions; administer purchases; prevent misuse; maintain the Site; and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. We may send messages related to your account, class, or purchase. Optional promotional email, if offered, is handled separately and can be unsubscribed from.

Google Classroom and course assignments

Some courses link to Google Classroom for assignments and mentor feedback. Joining a class or submitting work there requires a Google account. Google processes the information you provide in Classroom under its own policies. Instructors and authorized course staff can see submissions and related class activity needed to assess your work. Depending on how you use Classroom, other class participants may be able to see some profile or class information. Review Google’s privacy information and avoid including sensitive personal information in public class comments.

Security and other outside services

We use Cloudflare Turnstile on certain forms to help distinguish people from automated submissions. Cloudflare processes information needed for that verification under its own privacy terms. Courses may also include video players, links, or other services provided by third parties. Those providers may receive information when you use their features, under their own privacy policies.

Who can access information

Site administrators and authorized instructors or mentors may access the student information needed for enrollment, grading, support, and course administration. Hosting, learning platform, security, email, and payment providers may process information to provide their services. We may disclose information when required by law or needed to protect the Site and its users. We do not publish a student’s assignments or testimony for promotional use without asking separately.

Donations and partner products

Links to donate to Faith Abides Church may take you to a separate website and payment service; that site’s privacy policy governs information you provide there. When a course or product is supplied by another creator, we will identify any separate site or service you must use. If you buy directly from a partner, that partner’s privacy policy also applies to the purchase.

For Kingdom Coaching by Natalie Breckenridge, information you enter directly on a Kingdom Coaching site is handled under Breckenridge Enterprises, LLC’s Privacy Policy. If an offering on Pulse requires us to share buyer information with Kingdom Coaching to deliver access, the checkout or enrollment process will explain what is shared before you proceed.

Retention and your choices

We keep account, learning, and purchase records for as long as reasonably needed to run the courses, maintain certificates and transaction records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You can update some account details through your Student Dashboard. You may request access to or correction or deletion of personal information by contacting us. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate operational or legal reasons; deleting learning records may affect the ability to verify a certificate later.

Changes and contact
