Course Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to accounts, courses, lessons, downloads, certificates, and related learning activities offered through the Pulse learning site at byeverywordproductions.com/pulse/ (the “Site”). The Site is operated by By Every Word Productions (“we,” “us”). Individual courses may be presented in partnership with Faith Abides Church or another named creator. A separate notice shown before purchase or enrollment may add terms for a particular offering; where the two conflict, the specific offering terms govern that offering.
1. Accounts and access
Provide accurate registration information, keep your password private, and use your own account for your own learning. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been accessed without permission. We may suspend access for fraud, harassment, misuse of course materials, or other serious violations of these terms. We will make reasonable efforts to explain and resolve access issues.
2. Learning, assignments, and conduct
Courses are offered for education, Christian discipleship, and practical training. Participate respectfully. Do not submit unlawful, threatening, abusive, or infringing material, or another person’s private information without permission. Some assignments use Google Classroom or another outside service. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Do not place sensitive personal information in an assignment unless it is requested through an appropriate private channel.
We may review assignments to provide feedback and verify completion. You retain ownership of your original submissions and grant us permission to store and use them only as reasonably needed to administer the course, assess your work, give feedback, and maintain learning records. We will ask separately before using your work or testimony publicly.
3. Progress and certificates
Completion and certificates depend on the requirements stated for each course, which may include lessons, quizzes, and review of outside assignments. A certificate confirms completion of that course under the published requirements. It does not, by itself, grant academic credit, a professional license, ministerial credential, ordination, employment, or authority to represent Faith Abides Church or another organization.
4. Course materials
Unless a course expressly says otherwise, enrollment gives you a personal, nontransferable right to view its materials for your own learning. You may not copy, upload, redistribute, sell, rebrand, or use the materials to create another course without written permission from the rights holder. Scripture and materials supplied by other creators may have separate rights and attribution requirements. Purchasing access to a course does not give you resale or affiliate rights unless those rights are expressly granted in a separate written agreement.
5. Free courses, purchases, and donations
Some courses are free or donation supported; others may have a stated price. Prices, what is included, access length, payment schedule, and any course specific cancellation or refund policy will be shown before checkout. We will not apply a future paid course policy retroactively to a free enrollment. If an offering does not state a refund policy clearly before purchase, contact us before paying so the terms can be clarified. Any optional donation to Faith Abides Church is separate from a course purchase and does not guarantee enrollment, grading, a certificate, or special treatment.
6. Partner courses and links
A course or product from another creator may have its own purchase, refund, intellectual property, resale, affiliate, and community rules. Those rules will be provided with that particular offering before you pay or enroll. A link to a third party does not mean that we operate its website or control its services. We will identify the seller and rights holder for a partner product at the point of sale.

Kingdom Coaching is a product of Breckenridge Enterprises, LLC. If we offer access to a Kingdom Coaching product, its listing and checkout will identify the exact product, seller, price, access method, and applicable refund and resale terms. The official Kingdom Coaching Terms and Conditions also apply to that product. Please read them before purchase. Access through our site does not transfer ownership of Kingdom Coaching materials or grant resale rights by itself.
For the Kingdom Coaching course covered by the linked terms, the creator sets restrictions on resale pricing, free distribution, rebranding, altering materials, and use of the creator’s videos. If an offer expressly includes resale rights, those rights begin only when the applicable purchase terms permit them, including any requirement to complete a payment plan. A purchase that offers learning access alone carries no right to resell. The product’s checkout will display the current price, refund rule, and any applicable resale option before payment. Nothing in these sitewide terms changes the creator’s license.
7. Availability and outcomes
We may correct errors, update lessons, and change the way the Site works. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve enrolled students’ access when material changes occur. Courses provide information and training; results depend on individual circumstances and effort. No course promises income, a job, ministry appointment, healing, or a particular spiritual outcome. The Site and materials are provided subject to applicable law; nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
8. Privacy and communications
Our separate Privacy Policy explains how student and purchase information is handled. We may send messages needed to administer an account, course, or purchase. Marketing messages require the choices described in that policy and can be unsubscribed from separately.
9. Changes and questions
We may update these terms and post a new effective date. Changes apply going forward; material changes affecting current enrollments will be communicated where reasonably possible. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. These terms are governed by California law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
